Sherlock's Home Inspection has been performing Energy Audits since 1996. Owner, Rick Barrett is one of the most experienced Certified Energy Raters in the state of Colorado. He trained under the tutelage of Dennis Brachfeld ( About Saving Heat Co.). and has performed over 1200 E-STAR certified Energy Ratings, and thousands more informal Energy Audits. He has often been referred by Xcel Energy. All of our Inspectors receive "Sherlock's Elementary" Energy Efficiency Training.
